Shipping

When you order a product that already has been created
we aim to ship the product within 1-3 business days,
after receiving the payment.

All our packages that are shipped within the Netherlands
will have a track and trace code, the package will be insured,
and not offered to the neighbors in case you are not home
at the time of delivery.
The courier will need your signature upon delivery.
If you live close by and you want to pick up your whips
(and other products) and have some coffee,
please feel free to send us an email, to make an appointment.
If you want to pick up your items, please contact us first before buying!

We ship worldwide, with track and trace code and insurance.
Also please check if you can order our products
in regards to international customs (and their fees.)
We are not responsible for any packages seized by customs
or additional customs, VAT, or other import fees
or tariffs you might have to pay.

We will ship to the shipping address given via your order.
Please make sure that this is the address
you would like your item shipped to and that it is correct.
We cannot be held responsible for an item arriving at an incorrect,
non-valid or non-current address.

We will not send a package without an insurance,
due to the uniqueness of our products.
We also ensure you that our packaging is sturdy and discreet!
The price of the insurance is covered in our shipping fee.

Please read carefully in the item description
of any of our made to order / custom orders
how long the building time will be.
These products are created specially for you
with a lot of love, passion and dedication.
So please respect the time we need to build a product
with good quality for you.
We will ship your order as soon as possible.
And you will always receive a track and trace code
once the package is shipped.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products and the importance of hygiene,
we can not take any refunds, credits or exchanges.
We provide you with a high quality item.
And we don’t expect our whips (and other products)
to break during normal, everyday, intended use.
But if your whip (or other product) would break within a year due to manufacturer errors please contact us,
and we will repair your product free of charge (minus shipping fees)

Please do not use the end knob as a handle!
The end knob has a decorative and balance purpose only
